A schedule of condition report is a record of the condition of the premises.
This is done by agreeing the state of a property and any potential repair work which might be needed during the term of the lease, at the outset of a letting.
The schedule can also include and record the fixtures and fittings that are supplied with the property.
Schedules of condition can be used prior to start of adjacent works to record condition and limit liability.
